Normally, I do not give reviews unless the service is well-deserving. I am pleasantly overwhelmed to say CLS PLUMBING LLC provides the type of service that we as consumers search for daily. We all have had to experience poor service i.e. partly done/incorrect, over-changed or no show, etc. and that list can turn out to be very long. Well my service with CLS PLUMBING LLC was on point from the time I contacted the office to schedule the appointment, to Mr. Phillip and his assistant (Mr. Bennie) arrival. Mr. Phillip provided me with enough information about my problem and I was able to make a clear decision on what was best for me and my budget. I felt like Mr. Phillip was more concerned about resolving the issue and not lining his pocket (overcharging me). Trying to make a long story short. After I received my new water heater for $1,475.00 with the 11-year warranty special, a pipe repaired, and a new PRV value I was still under $2,000.00. I am excited to know that there’s a Mr. Phillip here in our community and that I will never have to wonder who to call for any plumbing work… Without hesitation, I say call Mr. Phillip!  I won't call anyone else now. The 1st time they came out, it was on the heels of other companies not showing up to fix a leak in my crawl space. The amount quoted was super high but I figured it was the going rate. CLS came out and the price was significantly better and told me the job wasn't as big as I had been told. I was sold based on his trustworthiness. There isn't anyone with this company that I've had a bad experience. Philip and his team are top-notch. They come when they say they will be there. They have done a great job for me. Bonus: they clean up before they're considered done! In my book, they are a 5 out of 5-star rating
